Good morning, dear friends! Six years ago, whenI gave birth to my daughter, I was on maternity leave and stayed at home. So in order to keep me busy I decide to blog! What should I blog about was not hard to find out! Cooking of course! This is how “What are we going to eat?” (my first blog) was born. The beginning was really tough, it seemed that I was the only one reading my posts and this was frustrating…But as time went by more and more people visited my blog and this made me really happy! Then I thought that a bilingual blog would be awesome, so I convinced my sister, Eleni, to translate the posts into English. She started cooking as well, so her contribution was double and I enjoyed her helping me out. This is how our culinary journey started and we went through a lot…a journey full of flavours, aromas, colours, experimentations, awards…

Eleni took our blog to another level and in February 2014 was born our new blog “The Veggie Sisters”, a blog focused on healthy vegetarian and vegan nutrition. My presence in the blog, as you may have noticed, these past few months has been scarce. This is due to our moving to Crete and the radical change in our way of life and daily routine. And furthermore due to the fact that blogging has tired me…I detest “musts” and whatever I do, I want to do it with all my heart! If something is tiring me, I leave it behind and move on…This is what has happened to me as far as the blog is concerned…I feel that it’s not mine anymore, it belongs to my sister and I am really proud of that! It is a flower I planted but Eleni is the one who waters it and takes care of it…I will always be there for her but I am letting you to her magical hands and I am sure that our flower will be blooming even more. Thank you for your love and support in all of these years…
