Good morning, dear frineds! Today we have a yummy sweet treat for you! If uou are a coconut lover like I am, then these bars call your name! The homemade vegan version of bounty is awesome, super easy to make, requires few ingredients and definitely satisfies your sweet cravings! I am sure you and your kids will love it!

Ingredients (yields 13 bars) :
1 1/2 cups (135 gr.) shredded coconut
250 ml canned coconut milk
1 Tbsp stevia (1/3)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
200 gr. vegan chocolate (melted)
In a bowl combine shredded coconut, coconut cream, chia seeds and stevia. Transfer in a small baking dish, pat the dough with a spatula until even, wrap it with aluminium foil and place in the fridge until it sets for about 3 hours. Then cut into bars. Dip each bar in a bowl with the melted chocolate and place on a parchment paper. When cool, store in an airtight container and keep in the fridge. Enjoy!
