24 hours! Only 24 hours! How can it be? So few hours in a day? This is unfair, intolerable, unacceptable! I wish the day had 28 hours! See, I am not asking for 30! Wouldn’t that be great? Oh, unfortunately this is a dream that will never come true! But I have to make time for everything: my men (my babyboy and hubby), my household, my job, my blog, my dogs, my training…This is too much, isn’t it? But I can’t give up anything…
Now that I let it all out and expressed my complaint, let me make your week sweeter with this scrumptious vegan chocolate pie! It is mouthwatering and yet not loaded with 15.000 calories! My hubby made it and the only thing I did was to make the chocolate frosting! You should definitely try it!
Happy new month everyone! Happy week! Kisses and hugs!

160 gr. coconut sugar

In a bowl combine sugar with oil and water. In another bowl combine sieved flour with cocoa powder and add it in the liquid ingredients. Stir to combine. In a glass combine orange juice with vinegar and soda. Whenit starts ti bubble pour it in the batter and stir to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips. Empty batter in a greased baking dish (30*18). Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes. In the meantime make the frosting. When the chocolate pie is ready, remove from the oven and allow to cool. Then coat it with the frosting. Top with nuts of choice (I used hazelnuts). Enjoy!
P.S. if you bake it for 15 minutes, it will be even tastier and decadent. But it can’t be cut into proper pieces because it will be more liquid. But my hubby and I devoured it straight from the baking dish in just less than an hour!
