I like setting goals in my life. Some are tough, some others easier. I like them to be realistic, so I can achieve them! This summer I have set the goal to make 8 different vegan icecreams! The first was this delicious chocolate peanut butter icecream and today I am sharing with you the second attempt. There are six more to go! I guess I have time, it is still June! Do you remember that scrumptious brownies I blogged about a few days ago? The one with vegan nutella and oreo? Sure you remember! I had no doubt! We served that awesome brownies with the icecream I am posting today! It was a huge hit! Simple and easy to make with just few ingredients, healthy, tasteful, what’s more to ask? You should try it!
400 gr. bananas
400 gr. coconut cream
100 gr. oreo, cut in 4 pieces
vegan nutella, hazelnuts for topping
Slice bananas and put them in a plastic bag. Refridgerate them for a couple of hours. Put in the freezer coconut cream as well for at least 2 hours (the longer it stays there, the creamier the icecream will be). Pulse bananas in a blender until creamy, add coconut cream and pulse again until well combined. Add oreos and nutella (or just keep it for topping). Put back in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Serve and enjoy!
