Two year ago I had made a chocolate oreo brownies for our mother. I still remember how scrumptious it was as well as how sinful it was! I decided to veganize it and make it healthier by omitting the eggs-butter-whipped cream. The result was amazing! My whole family enjoyed it and it was a big hit! You shoul definitely try it! After all we all deserve a tempting sweet treat once in a while, don’t we?

Ingredients (serves 8):
200 gr. dark chocolate
100 gr. brown sugar
125 gr. soya milk (vanilla flavoured)
130 gr. self rising flour
5 Tbsp sesame oil
3 Tbsp flaxseeds +9 Tbsp water
100 gr. vegan nutella
120 gr. hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
Combine flaxseed with water in a bowl and set aside. Melt chocolate in baigne marie. Then add sugar, stir until it melts and remove from heat. Pour milk, sesame oil, flaxseed mixtyre and add nutella. Stir to combine. Then add gradually flour. Finally add 100 gr. hazelnuts. Stir to combine. Transfer batter on a baking sheet (20*20) lined with parchment paper and sink in the oreos. Top with the rest of the hazelnuts. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
