As I have told you in a previous post I have decided to experiment with vegan ice creams this summer. I can’t imagine summer without this delicious refreshing dessert, I guess you all agree with me, don’t you? This is a super easy and simple ice cream with just 3 ingredients. Until now we have made the following vegan ice creams:
1) vegan chocolate oreo ice cream, 2) super easy one ingredient vegan ice cream, 3) vegan chocolate peanut butter ice cream . Today we are making a delicious blueberry ice cream and and the next one is going to be posted soon! I told you, I keep experimenting!

200 gr. ripe bananas, sliced
200 gr. blueberries
20 gr. agave syrup
Put bananas and blueberries in the freezer and let freeze overnight. If you are in a hurry, allow to freeze for at least 2 hours. The riper the banana is, the tastier the ice cream will be. Place banana slices in a blender and pulse until smooth. Then add blueberries and agave syrup and pulse again. You can eat the ice cream right away or even better put it in the freezer and enjoy it after 2 hours! You can top it with pistachios!
