It is difficult to have unexpected guests. You are wondering «what should I cook for them that is super easy and quick?» I have got the answer! These savory mini tarts taste heavenly and they are ready in no time. They are crowd pleasers as well. I have two versions for you: one with tomato-olive paste-feta cheese-oregano and the other with blue cheese-onion-walnut. Both are winners, trust me on that! Our vegan friends can use their favorite vegan cheese.

round puff pastry sheets (Xrisi Zimi)
tomato, deseeded and finely chopped
white cheese (feta), diced
blue cheese, crumbled
walnut, coarsely chopped
onion, finely chopped
Place round puff pastry sheets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Prick the puff pastry with a fork in 2-3 spots. Put the ingredients of the filling over them. Rise the edges upwards so that they look like «nests». Bake in preheated oven at 180C until golden brown. Serve immediately! Enjoy!
