A few days ago my daughter asked me to give her a sweet treat. Since she had already eaten the chocolate of the week, I had to come up with an idea. I decided to make something with nature’s dessert (aka fruit!). This is how her aunt Lenia calls fruit. She has taught Chara that nature has the best desserts: bananas, figs, nectarines etc! So I sliced a banana and topped it with pb and pecans and she really loved it! You can use any ingredients you have and improvise new combos. It is quick and easy to make, healthy and above all healthy! Have it as a snack or even breakfast! Have a lovely day, dear friends!
Peanut butter or other nut butter
Cocoa Tahini or vegan homemade nutella
Slice bananas lengthwise. Spread peanut butter or cocoa tahini (or any other nut butter or vegan homemade nutella). Top with ingredients of choice. I topped the pb covered banana with raisins, pecans, and cinnamon . I topped the other one with goji berries, chia seeds, oats and agave syrup. Use your imagination to make your own combos! Enjoy!
