Good morning, everyone! In our last post I talked to you about that great garlicky cashew cream which was a big hit. So today I will show you with what we paired it. «Fried» sweet potatoes with a spicy touch match so prefectly with that refreshing cream! We enjoyed our lunch and I think that it was one of the best things I have ever made. Do try it, I bet you will love it! Stay tuned cause next Monday we ‘ll be posting a fantastic sweet recipe! Ingredients (serves 2):
500 gr. sweet potatoes, thinly cut
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp mustard
2/3 tsp smoked paprika
2/3 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
Place potatoes in a big bowl. Combine olive oil with mustard and the spices and pour over the potatoes. Mix until well coated. Bake in preheated oven at 200C until golden brown. Enjoy!
