Good morning, dear friends! I hope you are fine and that you enjoy the good weather! Make the most of it, guys! Many people have started swimming here in Zakynthos but we will wait until the sea gets warmer! I am looking forward to seeing my baby’s reaction to swimming and playing with the water and the sand! He is now 5 months old, oh time really flies! He drives me crazy now that we interact…He is so cute, he keeps smiling, laughing and speaking his own «language»…God, I am in love with him!
Today’s recipe is one more smoothie. It is one of my favorite since it combines chocolate and peanut butter, a heavenly combination! It reminds me of snickers, but this is far yummier and healthier! You should try it! Happy weekend, friends!
Ingredients (serves 1):
200 ml chocolate soy milk
3 tsp homemade peanut butter
1 ripe banana
1 tsp coconut oil+2 tsp cocoa powder (optional)
peanuts for topping
In a blender pour milk, add banana, dates, peanut butter and pulse until smooth. Transfer in a glass. In a small bowl combine coconut oil with cocoa powder and top your smoothie. Garnish with peanuts! Enjoy!
