Another week is ending and we are really anxious because the big day has come, friends! Tomorrow at Athens a big party will take place at Technopolis, Gazi! The first Food Blog Awards in Greece held by Vima Gourmet magazine will be awarded. My sister will be there and is looking forward to meeting you! We are nominees in the best special diet category and we hope we will win! We are sure that it will be a great party!
Now let’s move on to the recipe! A delicious breakfast to start the day is a big gift you can make yourself! Smoothie bowls are packed with nutrients and are so filling! You can use your imagination and make your own bowls. Happy weekend dear friends!
Ingredients (serves 1):
3/4 cup milk (I used soy milk)
1 tsp chocolate tahini
1 1/2 tbsp shredded coconut
toppings: almonds, banana slices, goji berries, cocoa nibs, chia seeds, etc
In a blender pulse bananas with dates, coconut, tahini and milk until smooth. Transfer in a bowl and top with ingredients of choice. Enjoy!
