Today,my friends, is the beginning of a new era for my little «bloghouse»!My sister Eleni(Lenia)  was finally convinced to translate my posts and write hers as well! You see, my English is not that good, the lower certificate not enough…On the contrary my dear sister has a flair for foreign languages and cooking too.So, Elenitsa, I welcome you to my bloghouse, which from now on  will be yours too!

It’ s been a long time since I posted a salad and I wouldn’t like to ruin my «cow-reputation»…,So here you are,an easy and delicious salad made by Elenitsa!

Ingredients
a bunch arugula
7-10 cherry tomatoes
150gr. feta cheese
4-5 kytherian kind rusks
a handful of raw sunflower seed kernels
4 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp balsamic cream
oregano
salt
Directions
I cut in two the arugula with my hands, I slice in two the cherry tomatoes as well. I put them in a salad bowl and mix them together.I add the seeds, the rusks and the cheese cut in little pieces. In a little bowl I stir the oil, the balsamic cream, the salt and the oregano. Then I pour the dressing over my salad. If you find baby arugula, certainly buy it!This time I wasn’t lucky enough!!!!
