In our garden there is a small plum tree. This year was its lucky one! It was loaded with fruit. I love plums and their vivid purple colour! When earth or a neighbour gives you such a gift, you have to figure out how to use it! So I made jam, spoon sweet, crumble and lots of smoothies. I also gave away some kilos to friends! I am so glad that the taste of plum will present in our house even during winter! Here is the smoothie recipe and soon I will post the crumble recipe which was ideal for breakfast!

Ingredients for 1 big serving:
250 ml plant based milk
1/2 ripe banana
1 Tbsp oats (gluten free)
1 Tbsp plum jam (or 2 more dates)
1 tsp chia seeds
cinnamon and cocoa nibs (optional)
In a blender put all ingredients and pulse until smooth. Serve with ice. Enjoy!
