Summer is finally here! The weather is warm and in the next days we are going swimming! Today we are making healthy and delicious bars that can be the ideal snack after swimming! An amazing treat for children and adults as well! Take care, my dear friends!
110gr. oat flakes
40 gr. rice flakes
2 Tbsp goji berries
2Tbsp peanut butter
50gr. dates (6-7)
70gr. dark chocolate
In a bain marie melt chocolate and peanut butter. Finely chop dates and goji berries. In a bowl combine all ingredients. Stir well. Then spread batter on a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow to cool. Cut into bars after 2-3 hours. (not the next day because they will be too hard). Enjoy!
