It was a warm Sunday morning… When I woke up hungry, I wanted something different. I felt like making a special breakfast. You see I normally have muesli or bread with honey or homemade jam for breakfast, but this time I craved for something new! So I combined my homemade almond granola with a chocolate banana mousse in a jar and topped it with chopped chocolate. It was pure bliss! You should definitely try it!

Ingredients (serves 2):
for the banana mousse:
2 ripe bananas
5 dates+2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp shredded coconut
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp cocoa powder
12 Tbsp homemade almond granola
20 gr. chocolae, chopped (for topping)
In a blender pulse all the mousse ingredients until smooth. Take two jars and put in layers granola and banana mousse. Top with chocolate. Enjoy!
