Good morning, dear friends! Everybody knows how important breakfast is! Even if we are in a hurry we have to give our body the right fuel to start working! Overnight oats is a great way to start your day! You prepare your breakfast the night before and when you wake up a delicious meal is ready waiting for you! You can also take it with you at work and enjoy it there. My version includes banana, date caramel, chia seeds, almond flakes and chocolate chips. You will dream of it while sleeping and you will be looking forward for the next day to come! Cheers, friends!
Ingredients (serves 1):
1 cup almond milk (I used Alpro amond original fresh)
1/2 cup oats
4 dates, soaked for 1 hour+1 Tbsp from the water they were soaked in, blended
1 tsp agave syrup
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon, almond flakes, chocolate chips (for topping)
In a blender process all the ingredients except for the toppings and 1/4 banana. Transfer in a jar and put it in the fridge. The next morning top with cinnamon, almonds and chocolate chips.
