During Christmas we are surrounded by lots of sweet temptations! Sweet treats that are full of fats, calories and fill us with remorse! We are human sometimes we can not resist to unhealthy temptations…The cookies we are making today are really yummy, packed with nutrients, really easy to make and won’t fill us with guilt! Ingredients:
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp agave nectar (or honey for non vegans)
5 Tbsp coconut oil
4 Tbsp hazelnut butter (or almond or peanut butter)
1/4 cup non dairy milk
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
1,5 cups oats, gf
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, mix together agave and cocoa powder. Heat over medium until combined. Stir in non dairy milk, hazelnut butter and coconut oil and bring to a boil, continue stirring and boil for one minute. Remove pan from heat and stir in oats, ground hazelnuts, shredded coconut and vanilla extract. Then make cookies and let them set up for about 20 minutes in the refrigerator before serving. Store the cookies in an air-tight container in refrigerator for up to one week.
