Good morning, my sweet readers! I am really excited today because the renovation of our house is going to end in a few days! This week we are having our house painted and after that we have just a few more things to do. The whole thing has lasted for 6 months and it was really hard living in the house and renovating at the same time…But it was all worth it! We start the week in a sweet way with these irresistible mini tarts filled homemade nutella. They  are super easy and quick to make, healthy and above all scrumptious! The perfect sweet treat for your kids! I am sure they will live them! Happy week!

Υγιεινά σοκολατένια ταρτάκια με νουτέλα χωρίς ψήσιμο

Ingredients (yields 7):
3/4 cup (100 gr.) dates
1/2 cup (70 gr.) hazelnuts or walnuts
1/4 cup (30 gr.) oats (gf)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
14 tsp homemade nutella
goji berries, hazelnuts,coarsely chopped (for topping)

Instructions:
Soak dates in hot water for 1/2 hour. Pulse oats, hazelnuts in a blender. Add soaked dates, cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Pulse until you get a paste. Cover a muffin tin with plastic wrap. Fill each muffin liner with the date paste and form mini tarts (like nests). Allow to cool in the fridge for 2 hours. Then fill each nest with 2tsp nutella. Top with goji berries and hazelnuts. Keep in fridge in an airtight bowl. Enjoy!
