Good morning, dear friends! Today we are making a super easy and delicious vegan mousse that coffee lovers will love! This mocha mousse is absolutely mouthwatering and requires just few ingredients and minutes to be made! Its basic ingredient is silken tofu! Ingredients (serves 2-3):
300 gr. silken tofu Clearspring
100 gr. coconut milk Biona, chilled overnight
3 Tbsp agave syrup Biona
1,5 tsp instant coffee
1,5 tsp cacao powder Biosophy
toppings: cacao nibs Biosophy, hazelnut croquant
Just put all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Empty mousse in 2-3 bowls/glasses, top with cacao nibs, hazelnut croquant etc.and allow to chill in the fridge overnight. Enjoy your mocha mousse without guilt!
