Good morning, dear friends! Today is a great day! Our little prince came into this world a year ago! Happy birthday, our precious baby! He has changed our life completely and made it far more beautiful! I feel I am the richest woman in this world just because I have this cute treasure in my life! Happy birthday, honey! So we have a sweet treat for his birthday! We celebrate with this raw vegan tart that tastes heavenly and sugarfree! The sweetener I used is my favourite La Mia Stevia! It is easy to make, delicious and guilt free! You should try it!!!

for the crust
1 1/4 cup  (225 gr.) pitted dates
1 1/4 cup (125 gr.) oats
1/2 cup (75 gr.) walnuts
1 Tbsp La Mia Stevia
1 Tbsp orange juice and zest
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp clove powder and nutmeg
for the cream
1 1/2 cup (220 gr.) raw cashews
1 (110 gr.) ripe banana
3 Tbsp  La Mia Stevia
5 Tbsp orange juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp clove powder and nutmeg
for garnishing
melted chocolate, orange slices, melomakarono balls



For the crust: Soak dates into hot water for 1 hour,. Then drain them and pulse them in a blender along with orange juice and stevia. Add oats, walnuts and spices and pulse again until well combined. Transfer the mixture on a springform pan. Press the mixture with your hands so that it forms a crust. Cover with aluminium foil and put in the fridge to cool.

for the cream: Soak cashews into hot water for 1 hour. Then pulse them in a blender until creamy. Add the banana, stevia and spices. Spread this cream onto the crust and even it with the back of a spoon or spatula.

for garnish: Melt chocolate and drizzle it all over. Top with orange slices. Decorate with melomakarona balls. You will find the recipe here. Just half the ingredients and shape into small balls.

Allow to cool and set overnight in the fridge. Enjoy!
