Mediterranean pie with olive paste and sundried tomatoes

Good morning, dear friends! Today we are baking a yummy mediterranean pie with sundried tomatoes and olive paste. It is a great snack to take at school or at the office. Have a lovely week! Can’t write more! My baby boy has woken up and I have to breastfeed him! Kisses

Ingredients:
3 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup olive oil
1 2/3 cups soy milk
100 gr. sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 Tbsp olive paste
1 Tbsp oregano
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp baking powder
salt and pepper

Instructions:
In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, oregano, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper. In another bowl combine oil with milk. Then dissolve olive paste. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir to combine. Fold in carrot and sundried tomatoes. Transfer batter in a greased baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 180C for about 50′ or until a knife inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean. Enjoy!
