It’s pizza time!

Who does not like pizza? I have never met a single person in my life who does not like pizza! Have you? I guess not! It is the perfect canvas to create yummy things using ingredients of choice. You can’t go wrong with pizza! Especially kids adore it! So here you are! This is my favorite pizza made with few ingredients and love!

500 gr. whole wheat flour
8 gr. dry yeast
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup tepid milk
1 tsp sugar
fresh basil leaves, chopped or dried oregano

In a bowl place yeast and dissolve it in milk beating well with an eggbeater. Add sugar (it will make your pizza crunchier), salt, a handful of fresh basil or oregano and olive oil. Stir until well combined. Add flour gradually and stir until you get a soft dough. Set dough aside to sit and rise for about 40 minutes (it depends on the room temperature). Grease your baking sheet and roll out the dough. It yields 3 pizzas with a crust of medium thickness. Top with whatever you like. In the pics you see 2 versions: a. tomato sauce and feta, b. tomato sauce, roasted red peppers, green peppers and mozzarella. Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for about 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
