Good morning, dear friends! Today we are making the healthy vegan version of snickers! You only need 4 ingredients to make these sweet treats and I am sure you will love them! Chocolate, dates, peanuts and coconut oil are the magic ingredients! Do try them and let me know how you liked them! I am sure you will fall in love with these healthy scrumptious snickers!  I wanna dedicate this sweet treat to my hubby, Kostis, who ran his first ultramarathon last Saturday. Running 100 km when you are used to running marathons (42km) is not easy. So I was really anxious about it. Thank God everything was ok, he enjoyed the race and finished it safe and sound. He made us really proud and happy. He proved that when you want something really bad and work hard for it, you can make it! Congrats, my sweet prince!

Ingredients (yield 6 cups):
110 gr. dates, pitted
2,5 Tbsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
70 gr. vegan chocolate Vivani
42 gr. coconut oil odourless Biona
40 gr. peanuts

Instructions:

Soak dates in warm water for 1 hour. Drain and pulse them in a blender with water, salt and vanilla extract. Melt chocolate and combine it with melted coconut oiL. In each silicon muffin case pour 1 tsp chocolate. Put them in the freezer for a few minutes until chocolate is hardened.  Then put peanuts on every case, the date caramel and finally pour the chocolate over them Put back in the freezer and allow to freeze for a few hours . Enjoy!
