Good morning, dear friends! Another week has come to its end…Today we are making an easy but super yummy recipe! I bet you all love peanut butter! At least I do. In fact tI go crazy for pb! I eat it with the spoon out of the jar! I know it is high in calories (unfortunately) but they are good quality calories! We should make our wn pb because the store bought ones usually contain extra oils, sugar etc.I added agave, cocoa powder and cinnamon and it was heavenly! The quantity I am agiving you yields one cup. So double it if you want more!

Ingredients (yields 1 cup):
1 cup roasted and salted peanuts
1 tsp agave syrup
1 tsp cocoa powder
a pinch of cinnamon
In a blender pulse peanuts until ground. Run the blender continously and then stop to scrape down the sides. At first it will look like cous cous but gradually it will get a buttery texture. Continue as described above until you reach the desired texture. Add cinnamon, cocoa powder and agave. Pulse again. Adjust to taste. Transfer in a glass jar. Enjoy!
