Healthy chocolate oat cookies

This is my favorite cookie ever! I wanted to make a special cookie that would be big, yummy, healthy and that would satisfy my cravings! It turned out just as I wanted! The perfect snack/breakfast made with whole ingredients and packed with nutrients! Did I mention that it is far better than the storebought??? Feed your kids and yourself of course with real food! This cookie will make your kids’ mouth water!!!

Ingredients for 14 cookies:

2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup almonds, ground
3/4 cup oat flour
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
50 gr. dark chocolate, finely chopped
1 Tbsp almond butter
3 Tbsp coconut oil
4 Tbsp almond milk
1/2 cup agave syrup

Instructions:

In a bowl combine flour with cinnamon, salt and soda. Add oats and almonds. In another bowl stir milk with almond butter, coconut oil and agave syrup. Add sugar. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and stir to combine. Finally fold in chocolate pieces. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and make cookies out of the dough using a spoon. Don’t arrange them too closely to each other because they will «expand» when baked. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for about 15minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and after 1 minute place them carefully on a rack. Allow to cool and enjoy!
