Valentine’s day is a chance to celebrate and express our feelings. It is great to say «I love you» to our companion, friends, parents, kids, our lives!  These delicious and healthy chocolate bars these three words will become even sweeter! We dedicate this sweet treat to all of you that stand by us and share this trip with us! We love you and we thank you for your support! We hope your lives are as sweet as these chocolate bars!

Ingredients (for 7-8 bars):

150 gr. raw cashews
70 gr. dates
20 gr. hemp flour
30 gr. hazelnut butter
20 gr. cocoa powder
30 gr. cranberries
60 gr. coconut milk
25 gr. agave syrup
30 gr. ground almonds

for coating
250 gr. dark chocolate

Instructions:
Soak cashews, dates and cranberries in water for abou an hour. In a high speed blender process the ingredients mentioned above (drained). Then add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Put this mixture in the fridge for 40 minutes. Then make bars out of this batter giving them the desired size/shape. Place bars in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Melt chocolate over baigne marie. Dip each bar in the chocolate and place them on a rack to cool. The next day wrap with aluminium foil, parchment paper or any paper you like or even place them in a cute box and offer them to your beloved ones!
