On Good Friday most people, even those who have not kept a lent, abstain from eating oil. This is a simple dish for those who don’t want to ea oil or those who want to eat potatoes similar to french fries but without their calories!
Cut potatoes as if they were to be cooked as french fries. Spread baking sheet on a baking pan and place potatoes on it. Season with oregano, thyme, salt and pepper (you can add any other spice you like). Bake at 180˚ C for almost 35 minutes. Their taste is great and they are the light version of french fries!
