Eversince I found out I was pregnant, I became more sensitive about what I eat and I try to avoid processed food. Whenever I go to the super market and want to buy something, I check the label first. To my huge disappointment I realised that products that were supposed to be healthy are full of sugar (20gr to 100gr.). Take bars or cereals for example! They are a sugar bomb! No, thanks, from now on I will always make my own. I don’t want to feed my baby with trash!
So I decide to make a granola. I still remember how much I had enjoyed my first almond granola with chocolate and coconut. This time I opted for Brandi’s recipe, the owner of the amazing blog thevegan8 (check it out, it is full of vegan deliciousness!)and I slightly changed it. It turned out very tasteful and crunchy! In a next post I am going to show you a dessert that contained this yummy granola.
Kisses and hugs!
