Chocolate tahini muffins

Good morning, dear friends! I am back after such a long time! I admit that I miss blogging! I miss the whole procedure (recipe testing, food styling, shooting, writing posts), I miss the communication with you, dear readers! I am really well, we are havinga wonderful time here in Crete. It ‘s still summer here! We go swimming, running, strolling! I have taken up yoga and pilates! I dedicate most of my free time to my little girl who now goes to school!  I try to make her yummy snacks to take at school. These chocolate tahini muffins are her favourite! They keep weel for a week. You have to try them! They areso tasty! Take care, friends!

Ingredients (yields 13 muffins):
1 cup tahini
1 1/4 cup soy milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp orange extract
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
sesame seeds
In a bowl cmbine tahini with milk. orange extract. Then gradually add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, vanilla powder, cocoa powder. Stir until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Empty batter into muffin paper cases (2 Tbsp in each case) and top with sesame seeds. (you could use a loaf pan instead). Bake in preheated oven at 180-200 C for about 20-25 minutes. If you use a loaf pan, cooking time will be longer. Enjoy!
