There are some desserts that convince you that healthy can be yummy from the first spoonful! This is one of them! Made in just a few minutes, with only 4 ingredients, it such a refreshing, wholesome and filling dessert! This chocolate strawberry chia pudding is absolutely addictive! I never get tired of it! Don’t forget to let the pudding sit for some hours (or overnight) so that it gets thick due to chia seeds! They work miracles, don’t they?
Ingredients (serves 2):
250 gr. strawberries
300 ml chocolate soy milk
70 gr. dates
3 Tbsp chia seeds
optional for topping: strawberry, cocoa nibs, melted dark chocolate
In a foodprocessor blend all ingredients until smooth. Empty in two jars and put in the fridge overnight. The next day pudding will be thick! Top with whatever you like and serve. Enjoy!
