Good morning, dear friends! One more week is at its end and we will serve another yummy dessert! A vegan chocolate hazelnut tart. I guess there is no need to tell you that chocolate and hazelnut is an irresistible combo. They are made for each other! I am sure you will love it! Try it and let me know how you liked it! I made it with my hubby and we devoured it in less than 24 hours! We have a strong sweet tooth! Desserts dont last long in our house!

Ingredients (for a 23cm tart pan) :
for the crust:
125 gr. vegan butter
320 gr. all purpose flour (sieved)
2 Tbsp (30 gr.) sugar
4 Tbsp (52 gr.) cold water
for the filling:
1 cup ( 140 gr.) raw hazelnuts, ground
120 gr. dark chocolate, melted
250 ml soy cream
2 1/2 Tbsp powdered sugar
For the crust: In a bowl place flour. Make a hole in the middle and add butter cut to pieces and sugar. Knead the ingredients with your hands until butter is absorbed. Pour the water. Knead the dough and shape it into a ball. Cover the dough with a plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for an hour. When the filling is ready, roll dough and transfer to the tart pan. Make holes with a fork. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool.
For the filling: In a bowl place melted chocolate. Combine it with soy cream and powdered sugar. At the end fold in ground hazelnuts. Stir until well combined. Empty the filling onto the cold crust. Even it with a spatula and top with coarsely ground hazelnuts and chocolate shavings. Put in the fridge and allow to cool for about 2 hours before serving.Enjoy!

125 γρ. βούτυρο
300 γρ. αλεύρι γοχ + 20γρ.
2 κ.σ. (30 γρ.) ζάχαρη
4 κ.σ. (52 γρ.) παγωμένο νερό
για την γέμιση:
1 φλ.( 140 γρ.) ωμά φουντούκια
120 γρ. κουβερτούρα
250 ml κρέμα σόγιας
2 1/2 κ.σ. ζάχαρη άχνη
