Ingredients serves 2:
3 small ripe bananas
3 tsp almond butter or peanut butter
4 tsp shredded coconut
4 tsp agave syrup
1 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
almonds and dark chocolate, chopped, for topping
Just pulse all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Empty mousse into two glasses. Top with almonds and dark chocolate. Better served chilled! Enjoy!
