Good evening, friends! Happy school year everyone! May it be a year full f knowledge, joy and creativity! I am writing this post in a hurry cause my baby boy will be waking up soon! Today it was my first day at work after such a long time and it felt weird…I keep breastfeeding my baby of course. Thank God I am a teacher and my schedule is great!

So let’s move on to the recipe now! We are making a simple yet very yummy chocolate banana mousse! It is nutritious and good for your kids too! (omit coffee in that case!)

Ingredients (yields 2):
2 ripe bananas (200 gr.)
1/2 cup chocolate milk (soy/ almond)
2 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp agave syrup
1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 Tbsp instant coffee

Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until creamy. Empty the mousse into 2 glasses/ bowls, cover with aluminium foil and refridgerate at least for 6 hours so that chia seeds make the cream thick. Enjoy!
