I admit that I LOVE sweets! I have always has a sweet tooth ever since I was a child! This summer I have eaten so much ice cream that if it had not been for running, I would have gained much weight! That’s one of the benefits of running: you can enjoy food more than you used to in larger quantities since you burn many more calories while training!
One of my favorite desserts of this past summer is this mousse I am sharing with you today!It is made in less than 5 minutes with few ingredients, it is really healthy and the most important is that it tastes heavenly! The secret ingredient here is avocado but its taste is covered by cacao and orange. It only offers its buttery texture and healthy fats! I am sure you will love it!

Ingredients (serves 2):
1 ripe avocado
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp honey/ maple syrup
orange zest for topping
Process all the ingredients (except for the zest) in a blender until smooth. Divide mousse in two bowls, top with zest and refridgerate for 30 minutes so that it thickens a bit. Then open the fridge and enjoy!
