When I make healthy desserts, I am really happy. I have told you that before! This proves that we can eat yummy stuff without harming our body with unhealthy ingredients. The recipe I am sharing with you today turned out tastier than I thought it would! Every time I develop a new recipe I am really anxious to try it and decide whether it is worth posting. This one was absolutely mouthwatering! My husband loved it as well! There are two options for the cream you can make it with cocoa or coffee. Both worked wonderfully! So here you are: a tasty, healthy dessert that you and your kids will love!

Ingredients (serves 1):
1/2 banana, sliced
2 tsp crunchy chocolate nut granola
1 tsp almonds, chopped
1 tsp cocoa nibs
150 gr. silken tofu
1 tsp instant coffee or cocoa powder
1 tsp shredded coconut
2 Tbsp agave syrup (or maple syrup or honey for non vegans)
In a blender beat silken tofu with agave syrup, shredded coconut and cocoa or coffee until well combined. In a glass place in layers: banana slices, this tofu cream, granola, banana, cream. Top with cocoa nibs, almonds and banana. Store in the fridge and be patient until the next day. The cream will get thicker and more tasteful. So you ‘d better wait! Enjoy!
