I really miss visiting your blog-houses and taking care of mine…I have been so busy these past few days. I prepare the decoration of a baptism ceremony that will take place on Sunday and my daughter has fever since Monday! The doctor says that we should not worry, it is just a flu. The good thing is that her mood is just fine! Thank God! Now she is sleeping, so I ‘ve got the time to post a yummy and easy side dish.
4 portobello mushrooms
2 rosemary springs
1 glass of white wine
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
5-6 Tbsp mustard
salt and pepper
Wipe off the mushrooms with a slightly damp paper towel. Use the tip of a small spoon
to scrape away the gills of the mushrooms.
Cut them in four. In a frying pan pour olive oil, place garlic cloves and rosemary springs and let simmer at low heat for 2-3 minutes. Addmushrooms and wine. After 3-4 minutes add mustard. If you want to get more sauce, add extra wine and mustard. When sauce thickens, remove from heat and serve.
Tip: Do scrape away the gills of the mushrooms, otherwise your sauce will be black and not soappealing…
