Good morning, dear friends! I hope you are fine! Unfortunately I don’t feel very well lately! I suffer from backache. I went to the doctor yesterday and he said that I should not worry. It is normal for a woman who has gone through pregnancy to feel this way. I haven’t worked out for a year, I breastfeed my baby (which means that sometimes I bend) and have to lift him (he is already 7,5kg!). All these things detriorate my condition and although I have missed running so much, I cant go back to it! Not yet! My doctor said that I have to do some strengthening exercises first, have patience and then get back to my favourite sport… So, I have to respect my body,treat it right and hopefully one day I will be able to run a marathon again!
Let’s move on to the recipe now! After my lemony avocado dressing here is a new idea that will help you boost the flavour of any green salad! It is aromatic and requires few simple ingredients! I am sure you will love it! Happy weekend, friends! Kisses and hugs!
8 Tbsp orange juice (1 medium sized)
2 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp balsamic cream
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp onion powder
fresh rosemary, finely chopped
salt and pepper
Just put all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Pour the dressing over a green salad and enjoy!
