Apricot smoothie

It has been a long time since I posted a smoothie. So, it’s high time I did! I love smoothies! When I am out for a long run (for our new readers I am a long distance runner, run 2 half marathons and currently training for my first marathon, you can see this or this), the thought that when I finish a refreshing and delicious smoothie is waiting for me gives me courage and keeps me going! This one is made with one of my favorite summer fruit, apricot! I also make smoothies for breakfast, drink half at home and half at school. Pure bliss…

Smoothie με γεύση βερίκοκο

Ingredients:
1 glass milk of choice
2 apricots
1/2 banana
2 Tbsp raisinis
2 Tbsp oats (gf)
1 tsp apricot jam
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp goji berries

Smoothie με γεύση βερίκοκο

Instuctions:

Blend  everything except for 1/2 apricot until smooth. Serve in a glass and garnish with the rest of the apricot cut in slices. Enjoy!
