Good morning, dear friends! Christmas is really close and I have to admit that it is my favourite time of year! This Christmas is gonna be really special since our son’s christening will take place on December the 26th! We are so thrilled and are looking forward to the family gathering and celebrating! My hubby lately has been very busy baking all kind of yummy stuff! One of m favourite is this delicious vegan apple crumble pie! Although the classic recipe calls for butter he has managed to replace it with oil and the result was amazing! We really enjoyed it and you ceratinly have to try this one! Kostis has turned into a great baker! His first recipes were these vegan croissants and tsoureki he made last year and this is one of his yummiest recipes he has developed this year! Make this pie the night before Christmas. It is nice to wake up to such a decadent breakfast! I am sure you will enjoy it as much as we did!
