Nutella is a really popular sweet spread. I think that we all love it, dont’ we? In my attempt to avoid storebought products I decided to make a homemade version. It turned out great! Easy and quick to make with only 4 ingredients it met my expectations 100%. You should definitely try it and I bet you will love it as much as we did! My version is not very sweet because I wanted tha hazelnut flavor to be predominant. Adjust sweetness to taste. If you want it thicker, use less milk. This recipe is adjustable to everyone’s taste!

200 gr. raw hazelnuts
3/4 cup chocolate soy milk
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
3 Tbsp maple syrup
Roast hazelnuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 10 minutes at 180C. Then rub them with a towel so their skins are peeled off. Plcae them in a blender and pulse until you get a paste. Add the other ingredients and pusle until smooth. Transfer nutella in a jar and store in the fridge. Enjoy!
