Good morning, dear friends! Happy new year! May 2017 be a year of happiness, serenity and peace without the darkness of 2016. The first post of the year is a sweet one! Cookies made by my hubby! Don’t worry, they are light and healthy. I know you have overeaten during holidays. Who hasn’t? It is natural, so don’t worry!
The main ingredient of these cute babies is almonds. They contain a small quantity of flour, banana, chocolate and agave syrup.They are filling and delicious. The ideal snack for our kids! They keep well for days stored in an airtight container. Not to mention that they are cute too! I wont say more cause you will blame me for flattering my dear husband!

Ingredients (yields 12-14 cookies):
200 gr. peeled almonds, ground to powder+12-14 whole ones
120 gr. (3/4 cup) all purpose flour
110 gr. banana, mashed

Instructions:
In a bowl combine flour with almonds and then add the mashed banana. In another bowl combine melted chocolate with agave syrup. Pour the liquid ingredients nto the dry ones and stir until well combined. You will get a firm dough. Shape into 12-14 balls. Press an almond into the center of each cookie. Put them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, place on a rack and allow to cool. Enjoy!
