I first tried blueberries last summer in Germany. You see I could not find them here in Zakinthos. I had heard so much about this fruit. It met my expectations. I loved them so much. They are packed with nutrients and are considered one of the healthiest fruit. A few days ago I was lucky enough to find them at my grocery store! «Finally they are here» I thought to myself…But I was so disappointed by their high price: 4.5 euro for 2 cups of blueberries! That hurt! Anyway, I made this delicious smoothie with them and I am sharing it with you!

Ingredients yields 2 small or 1 big glass:
1,5 cup Bluberries
1 banana
1 cup milk (I used soy milk)
2 Tbsp soy yogurt
3 dates
1 tsp flaxseeds

Instructions:
Just blend everything in a food processor until smooth. Enjoy!
